Bio: It is somewhat impossible to categorize Lindsay Lou because of her far-reaching influences and genre-hopping sound. What do people call an artist who mixes elements of folk, soul, blues, and gospel, with a voice that is both soothing and powerful at the same time. Well, they just call her Lindsay Lou, because she does not fit any category. She is set to release a new album on Sept. 29 called “Queen Of Time.” Lou is also part of the Michigan supergroup The Sweet Water Warblers with May Erlewine and Rachel Davis.
