Jane’s Addiction Debuts New Track

Jane’s Addiction are using their current U.S. tour to debut their first new song in a decade.

The group has closed their first two concerts with “True Love,” a track reportedly written by Perry Farrell, Stephen Perkins and Eric Avery with touring guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. Klinghoffer is filling in for Dave Navarro, who’s still dealing with long Covid symptoms. Check out a performance of “True Love” below,

The group started working on new material before the hit the road last fall. “True Love” is Jane’s first new song since 2013’s stand alone single “Another Soulmate” and their first with Avery since 1990’s Ritual de lo Habitual, the last album to feature all four founding members.
