New Tom Petty Exhibit Opens at Rock Hall

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has unveiled a new Tom Petty exhibit — You Don’t Know How It Feels – Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers’ Wildflowers.

Focusing on 1994’s Wildflowers album, it features artifacts surrounding the Wildflowers era sessions and corresponding tour — including work-in-progress handwritten lyrics to songs like “Crawling Back to You” and “You Don’t Know How It Feels,” Petty’s custom Blonde Toru Nittono electric guitar, Mike Campbell’s Fender Jazzmaster, the late Howie Epstein’s Fender jazz bass and Petty’s tour wardrobe.

Petty and The Heartbreakers were inducted into the Rock Hall in 2002.
