HELP FIGHT HUNGER WHERE WE LIVE

This holiday season, many of our neighbors continue to face food insecurity. During Rockin’ for the Hungry, community members can join Food Gatherers, ann arbor’s 107one, and Kroger to raise 1 Million Meals for our neighbors in need.

The Rockin’ for the Hungry broadcast begins #GivingTuesday, November 29th at 6am and will run through Saturday, December 3rd at 7pm outside Kroger on South Maple in Ann Arbor. The food and fund drive will feature live interviews, matching funds for financial gifts, a Rockin’ silent auction and more! 

Help put more meals on more tables during the holidays and all year long!

HELP RAISE ONE MILLION MEALS

During Rockin’ for the Hungry, all gifts are matched 1:1 through our generous community sponsors. A financial gift of $5 can provide 30 meals to food-insecure children, adults, seniors, and veterans in our county. There are many ways to give:

By Check: Mail or deliver a check made payable to Food Gatherers to their warehouse, Food Gatherers, 1 Carrot Way, Ann Arbor, MI 48105; please note Rockin’ for the Hungry in the memo line.

In person: Food Gatherers will be collecting donations of nonperishable food and funds at the Kroger store on North Maple Road in Ann Arbor. Stop by November 29th through December 3rd between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm to donate in person and show your support! You can also give a gift at the register at any Washtenaw County Kroger store.
