Devin Gilfillian has gathered an all-star lineup of friends to cover What’s Goin’ On by Marvin Gaye.

There’s an Election Going On is set for October 1st at 9 pm ET and will be shown at Nugs.net, Luck.stream, Facebook, and YouTube. The stream’s free, but fans will be encouraged to donate to Equity Alliance.

For the show, Gilfillian will be joined by Jason Isbell, Local Natives, Grace Potter, The Lone Bellow and The War and Treaty. Gilfillian says, “I don’t have much political power, but I do have the power of music. I decided I wanted to learn the entirety of Marvin Gaye’s album, What’s Going On, and use that music to raise money to fight voter suppression, bring people together, and share the message that Marvin was trying to get across.”
