Sting, Joan Jett, Jason Isbell, The Head and the Heart, Band of Horses and Nile Rodgers are among the artists who have contributed new tracks to Music Moments, a benefit album for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Sting covers “Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay” by Otis Redding and appears on the album in tribute to his mother-in-law, who died of Alzheimer’s. Isbell covers “Hello in There” by John Prine, and Jett contributes “Hard to Grow Up,” a song she wrote after her mother died.
