Red Hot Chili Peppers : Time to Get Back to Work

Red Hot Chili Peppers are ready to get back to work.

Anthony Kiedis tells the New York Post that they’ll head back into the studio in about two weeks to start work on what will be their 12th studio album. The band’s last album was 2016’s The Getaway.

The Chilis haven’t announced who’s going to be their producer this time around, but last year Kiedis said in a couple of interview he wanted to work again with Danger Mouse, who helmed The Getaway.

The group will have about two months to work on the album before bassist Flea gets called away for some promo duties — his long delayed autobiography, Acid for the Children, will be published on November 27th.
