Debbie Harry of Blondie, Wayne Kramer of the MC5 and Jakob Dylan of The Wallflowers are among the artists taking part in two Clash tribute shows this winter.

Gates of the West: Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of The Clash’s London Calling is set for December 14th in New York City and January 11th in Los Angeles. The New York lineup is led by Harry, Fred Armisen, Jesse Malin, Vernon Reid and Corey Glover of Living Colour, Adam Weiner of Low Cut Connie and Dave Immergluck of Counting Crows. The Los Angeles show features Dylan, Kramer and Duff McKagan of Guns n’ Roses, Butch Walker and Suzi Gardner of L7.

Both shows will benefit the Joe Strummer Foundation, which provides opportunities to musicians and support to projects around the world that create empowerment through music.
