INXS, Sublime, The Rolling Stones Featured in Films at the TriBeCa Film Festival

Movies about The Rolling Stones, INXSThirty Seconds to MarsSublime and Woodstock will get their debuts at the TriBeCa Film Festival.

The event is set for New York from April 24th through May 5th. Here’s a rundown of the music-related films premiering there:

  • All I Can Say – A documentary about late Blind Melon singer Shannon Hoon using footage shot by Hoon on his camcorder.
  • A Day in the Life of America – Jared Leto from Thirty Seconds to Mars directed this documentary, where he had film crews in all 50 states on July 4th to chronicle a single 24-hour period.
  • Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice – A look at the life of the singer featuring interviews with Emmylou HarrisDon HenleyJackson Browne and Dolly Parton.
  • Mystify: Michael Hutchence  – A doc about the career of the late INXS singer, featuring interviews with Kylie Minogue and Helena Christensen.
  • The Quiet One – A profile of Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman using his personal archives.
  • Sublime – A documentary about the trio and late frontman Brad Nowell.
  • Woodstock: Three Days That Defined a Generation – A new look at the festival ahead of its 50th anniversary.
