The National have a new album coming out this spring, along with a companion short film.

I Am Easy to Find is due out May 17th, and the single “You Had Your Soul With You,” with guest vocals by Gail Ann Dorsey, is out now at all digital platforms. The short film, which will also be out on May 17th, was directed by Mike Mills — not the R.E.M. bassist — and stars Alicia Vikander. The trailer is on YouTube now. The band says the trailer is not the video for the album’s title track, and that the album is not the soundtrack for the film.

The National will go on a U.S. tour that features Courtney Barnett and Alvvays as the opening acts. It starts on June 11th in Philadelphia and wraps up on June 26th in Indianapolis. Tickets go on sale Friday, and each ticket comes with a digital copy of I Am Easy to Find.

The tour includes a stop at Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor on Tuesday, June 25.
