Death Cab for Cutie‘s ninth album, Thank You for Today, is due out August 17th.

The single “Gold Rush” is out now, and there’s a video for the track on YouTube. The band will perform “Gold Rush” live for the first time on June 21st on Stephen Colbert.

Thank You for Today is the first music from Death Cab with the band’s five-piece lineup — original members Ben Gibbard, Nick Harmer and Jason McGerr plus new members Dave Depper and Zac Rae. Depper and Rae were touring members from 2015 to 2017.
