Coming out this weekend are many major releases from across the musical spectrum:

Low in High School from ex-Smiths vocalist Morrissey (pictured) contains the single “Spent the Day in Bed.”

French actress and chanteuse Charlotte Gainsbourg returns with Rest.

Gospel legend Mavis Staples once again collaborates with Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy on her new album If All I Was Was Black.

Rocker Bob Seger is back with I Knew You When, quite possibly his last studio album.

Green Day’s Greatest Hits: God’s Favorite Band contains two new tracks — “Back in the USA” and “Ordinary World,” a duet with country singer Miranda Lambert. The other 20 songs stretch from 1991’s Kerplunk to last year’s Revolution Radio.

Pearl Jam’s Let’s Play Two, the documentary about the band’s 2016 gigs at Wrigley Field in Chicago, gets a DVD and Blu-ray release.

Queen’s News of the World: 40th Anniversary Edition is a three-CD, LP + DVD box set.

Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings’ final recordings are on Soul of a Woman.

Gorillaz’ Humanz: Super Deluxe Vinyl Box Set has 14 colored 12″ records and a 56-page book of artwork.
